PVA Management was originally established in 1978 by former BBC colleagues Paul Vaughan and Richard Jeffs. Richard Jeffs has since gone on to set up his own successful media company but Paul Vaughan and his highly experienced team continue to run what has been widely acknowledged as one of the UK’s most successful and respected agency and management operations.
